The National Center for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management discussed with the committee tasked with monitoring the Al-Asabaa fires the field aspects observed by team members.

The second regular meeting of the technical committee, assigned by the Center’s Director General, was held at the Center’s headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Director General and a number of specialists from the Center’s technical departments.

During the meeting, all field aspects observed by the committee members during their week-long visit to the Al-Asabaa area were reviewed. The necessary technical readings were conducted, and details were discussed with the area’s residents to determine the potential causes of the fires.

The attendees also presented advanced proposals for the second phase of the work, which will include additional activities and expanding cooperation with international organizations, with the aim of leveraging their expertise through technical meetings and modern communication methods.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Center’s Director General expressed his thanks and appreciation to the members of the technical committee, commending their significant efforts in monitoring and analyzing this phenomenon in a scientific and professional manner.
