The National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center (NCEMC) discusses the latest developments with the Al-Asabaa Municipality and coordinates efforts to address the city’s fire crisis.

A team from the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center (NCEMC) held a meeting with the Mayor of Al-Asabaa Municipality and members of the Municipal Council to discuss the latest developments and coordinate efforts to address the crisis.

During the meeting, the team presented a comprehensive visual presentation highlighting the Center’s most prominent efforts in emergency and disaster management, affirming its commitment to harnessing all capabilities to determine the true causes of the fires and take the necessary measures to protect residents and their property.

The Center is also coordinating internationally with the United Nations Satellite Center to obtain accurate maps showing the locations of spontaneously ignited gases in the affected area. This will help develop a precise scientific understanding of the nature and dimensions of the phenomenon.
