The National Center for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management participated in the special session for heads of delegations to sign the final communiqué of the 16th Arab Regional Forum for Disaster Risk Reduction, held in Kuwait.

The National Center for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management participated in the special session for heads of delegations to sign the final communiqué of the 16th Arab Regional Forum for Disaster Risk Reduction, hosted by the State of Kuwait from February 9 to 12, 2025.

The Center participated as the official focal point representing Libya at the forum.

The forum was held under the theme “Building Resilient Arab Societies: From Understanding to Action,” and was organized by the United Nations Regional Office for the Arab States in cooperation with the League of Arab States.
