The crisis team assigned by the National Center for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management discussed the repercussions of the crisis in Derna and the eastern region with the Secretary-General of the Libyan Red Crescent, Omar Abu Dabous.
The meeting also addressed the most prominent challenges and problems facing rescue and response teams in Derna and the affected areas and cities, and ways to enhance coordination and overcome obstacles to ensure an effective and rapid response at disaster sites.
