The National Center for Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies
In an important step to enhance cooperation between educational and training institutions and government institutions in Libya, the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies signed a joint cooperation agreement with the National Center for Crisis Management.
The agreement aims to develop scientific and technical cadres in various fields and activate the role of educational institutions in strengthening the state’s capacity to manage crises and emergencies.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Director of the National Center for Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management, Mr. Al-Fitouri Issa Al-Fitouri, and the President of the Libyan Academy, Mr. Ramadan Al-Madani, in addition to a number of academic and administrative figures from the Libyan Academy.
The terms of the agreement cover various areas of cooperation between the two parties, including training, consulting, and scientific research.
It was also agreed to organize specialized training programs in areas such as entrepreneurship, in addition to joint scientific workshops. The Academy was also granted several study chairs for master’s and doctoral degrees in certain specializations.
The attendees emphasized the need to implement the terms of the agreement in a practical manner, with an executive program that achieves comprehensive benefit for all parties involved.
