The National Center for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management participated in a dialogue session organized by the Center for Social Studies entitled: “The Fire Crisis in Al-Asabaa City: Causes, Consequences, and Solutions.”

The session was attended by a group of experts and specialists. Discussions focused on analyzing the phenomenon of fires and their accompanying social, economic, and psychological repercussions. They also discussed potential causes and proposed appropriate solutions for dealing with such crises.

During the session, the Center reviewed its ongoing efforts since the outbreak of the fires, which included rapid response, the formation of field teams to assess damage, and coordination with relevant authorities to enhance the effectiveness of the response.

This participation comes within the framework of the Center’s commitment to promoting a culture of institutional dialogue and joint cooperation among various entities, with the aim of developing crisis response mechanisms and raising the level of national preparedness.
